How long may we keep your evidence?

In line with GDPR data minimisation (Art. 5 (1) (c), (e) GDPR), your attachments are automatically and permanently deleted once this period ends. The notice record itself is kept in anonymised form for accountability and statutory retention duties. You can ask us to delete the evidence sooner at any time via this form.
