Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Noktürn is a global directory for live music events, cabarets, jam sessions, festivals, vinyl events, and workshops. The platform is operated by David Kungang Aminkeng in Cologne, Germany. See the Impressum for full operator details.
2. What you can do
You may browse events, search by location and category, subscribe to alerts, buy tickets where offered, and submit your own event listings as an organizer.
3. What you must not do
Do not post fake, misleading, or illegal events; do not harass others; do not scrape the site; do not upload malware; and do not try to circumvent payments, moderation, or verification systems. Event listings are user-submitted, so always verify event details directly with the organizer or venue.
4. Accounts and listings
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organizers must provide accurate event details and verify contact information before selling tickets or listing high-visibility events. New listings may be reviewed before they appear publicly.
5. Tickets and payments
When tickets are sold, Noktürn acts as a broker between the organizer and the buyer. The ticket contract is between you and the organizer. Payments are processed by Stripe. Noktürn does not store full card details. See the Ticket Broker AGB for full ticketing terms.
6. Content and intellectual property
By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to publish it and grant Noktürn a limited licence to display it on the platform. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
7. Reporting problems
If you see a suspicious event, misleading content, or believe your rights are infringed, use the report button on any listing or contact us at noktuern@gmx.net. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform grows. Material changes will be posted on the site or sent by email. For questions, contact noktuern@gmx.net. The full legal terms remain in the Terms of Service.
